WHY TURF NEEDS PROFESSIONAL CARE

Your Turf Looks Flat. It Smells. It’s Time.

Artificial turf is low-maintenance — not no-maintenance. Over time, pet waste, debris, bacteria, and foot traffic compact the infill, flatten the fibers, and create persistent odors that standard hosing won’t fix. Professional restoration lifts the fibers, deep cleans the infill, neutralizes bacteria with enzyme treatments, and restores drainage — so your turf looks and performs like new.

  • Eliminates pet odors permanentlyEnzyme treatments neutralize bacteria at the source, not just mask the smell.
  • Restores flattened fibersPower brooming lifts matted turf back to its original upright position.
  • Improves drainageClears compacted infill so water drains properly and doesn't pool.
  • Extends turf lifespanRegular maintenance adds years to your turf investment.
  • Safe for kids and petsAll cleaning solutions are biodegradable and pet-safe.

OUR PROCESS

How We Restore Your Turf

Six steps, proven results. Every job follows the same professional process from start to finish.

01

Debris Removal

We start by clearing leaves, dirt, hair, and surface debris that accumulate in the turf fibers — the foundation for every step that follows.

02

Power Broom Restoration

Specialized power brooming lifts compacted, matted fibers back to an upright position — restoring the natural look and feel of the turf.

03

Deep Cleaning

Professional-grade cleaning agents break down embedded contaminants in the infill — pet waste residue, bacteria, oils, and organic matter.

04

Enzyme Treatment

Enzyme-based solutions are applied to neutralize odor-causing bacteria at the molecular level — eliminating pet smells permanently, not masking them.

05

Extraction

High-powered extraction removes dissolved contaminants, excess moisture, and cleaning solution residue — restoring proper drainage and leaving surfaces clean.

06

Final Grooming

A final pass with the power broom leaves fibers upright, even, and uniform — so the turf looks refreshed and professionally finished from every angle.

When Did You Last Have Your Turf Professionally Cleaned?

Most turf should be professionally maintained every 6–12 months. Pet areas and high-traffic turf need it more frequently. Don’t wait until the smell becomes a problem.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Turf Restoration FAQ

How often should artificial turf be professionally cleaned?

For standard residential turf with light to moderate use, professional cleaning every 12 months is sufficient. Turf with pets should be professionally cleaned every 3–6 months depending on how many animals use it and how heavily. HOA and commercial turf with high foot traffic typically needs quarterly service.

Will cleaning damage my turf fibers?

No — our process is designed specifically for synthetic turf. Power brooming actually improves fiber condition by lifting matted blades back upright. Cleaning solutions are pH-balanced and turf-safe. The extraction process removes contaminants without disturbing the infill base.

Can you actually eliminate pet odors, or just mask them?

We eliminate them. Standard deodorizers mask odors temporarily — the smell returns as soon as the product wears off. Our enzyme treatments break down the urea and uric acid compounds that cause pet odor at the molecular level. Once neutralized, the odor source is gone, not covered up.

How long does the cleaning process take?

A standard residential turf area (200–500 sq ft) takes 2–4 hours depending on the service level and condition of the turf. Larger areas and commercial properties are quoted on a time-and-scope basis. We’ll give you an accurate time estimate when we assess the job.

Is it safe for my kids and pets after cleaning?

Yes. All cleaning solutions we use are biodegradable and pet-safe once dry. We’ll let you know the recommended dry time before allowing pets or children back on the turf — typically 1–2 hours depending on conditions.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes. Recurring maintenance plans are available for residential, HOA, and commercial clients. Scheduled service ensures your turf stays in top condition year-round and qualifies for priority booking. Contact us to discuss a plan that fits your property and budget.
